We have just received notice that NYSEG will be here mid-July to continue working on the upgrade of the electrical system in our area. The work will start at cluster 8 and continue down the road all the way to Scudder Hill. New conductors will be installed from the vaults to the existing transformers. Once the work reaches Scudder Hill it will turn uphill and connect to the lines at the entry way of RRVA. Once this connection is made the work should be completed trusting that there are no surprises or changes on the way.
Please be mindful of trucks, workers, and electrical equipment this month. There will be a slight inconvenience in the fact that we will have to share the roads with the crew.
This is all we know at this time. Another notice will be sent out as we get the information from NYSEG.

Below, please find a notice sent out form the Town of Roxbury to all residents with a water bill:
The road areas have been cleaned in preparation for the repair work. They will be delivering stone and equipment today and Monday. Monday / Tuesday stone will be added to the roads in need of repair and then oil will be applied to the stone on Thursday / Friday to adhere it to the road. Of course, weather permitting.
