In the matter of our community vote to update our architectural guidelines, a total of 46 ballots were cast. 40 yes. 2 no. 4 abstain.
With more than a simple majority, the update has been adopted. The new architectural guidelines for air conditioners and heat pumps are available here.
As the pool and deck have been prepared for the winter, Tony has also finished stump-grinding the old pine trees.
We are looking forward to new landscaping and beautification next Spring and Summer.

The electrical work is done, and now they’re cleaning up.
The grading continues, if you see their equipment in your parking lot please be helpful and move your car. The grading, topsoil, seed and mulch should be done by Friday.
Next week the paving of the cut-throughs will be completed. All that is left is the final walk-through and phase one of the RRVA infrastructure upgrade will be done!
