RRVA Dog Run Spring Cleanup & Committee Formation
Roxbury Run Village Association will be hosting a community Dog Run Spring Cleanup and Meeting at the dog park (date and time to be announced).
We are beginning the process of re-establishing a Dog Run Volunteer Committee and we are asking all residents, especially dog owners, to participate. The goal is to improve the dog run area, establish a maintenance plan, and make the space safe and enjoyable for everyone.
During the event we will:
- Clean and prepare the dog run for the season
- Introduce updated dog park rules
- Gather resident suggestions for improvements
- Discuss volunteer opportunities
- Explain how the committee will operate
Community input is very important. We want to hear what residents would like to see added or improved, including seating, shade, drainage, maintenance, and safety concerns.
Because the budget for the dog run is limited, we will also be accepting volunteer help and donations of materials or funds to support improvements and ongoing upkeep.
