Hello RRVA Homeowners,

This is a reminder that the speed limit within the Roxbury Run Village Association grounds is 15 miles per hour.

Additionally, please be aware that the seasonal speed bump will be installed on the lower section of Pines Drive at the beginning of next week, weather permitting.

We would also like to remind everyone that our community roads are shared by many residents, including children and pets, particularly during the summer months. Your adherence to the 15 miles per hour speed limit is greatly appreciated for ensuring the safety of all.

Hello RRVA Homeowners,

Here is an update for our Memorial Day Weekend.  Please read the pool regulations to ensure everyone’s safe and fun enjoyment of the pool this summer season.  There is an infant changing station in the second bathroom of the club house.  Please supervise children in the club house bathroom and ping pong game area.

The pool and club house will be open on Saturday May 26. The weather has been very cold and rainy this spring which has prevented the opening of the tennis courts.  As soon as Mother Nature shines more sun on our mountain the crew will be able to begin preparing the courts. 

Our local bear population is awake.  Please purchase bear proof garbage cans and do not leave garbage out overnight unless absolutely necessary.  Placing moth balls inside the can will help deter the bears. 

Garbage pick-up will push to Tuesday from our normal Monday schedule.

Hello RRVA Homeowners,

For those of you who are at Roxbury Run please be aware that tomorrow there will be a controlled burn to remove brush from the storage yard at the end of Pines Drive.  You may see or smell smoke in the area for a few days.
